Default JJ, 4 clubs, oh my

Only read is that the player to my immediate right is awful. Incredibly loose, and usually pretty laggy.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 raises, MP1 calls, Hero 3-bets, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (10.50 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls.

Turn: (6.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls.

River: (9.75 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 15.75 BB

I sincerely thought about checking the river. However I was sure the player immediately to my right would call with about anything (even ace high), and he almost certainly didn't have anything if he wasn't betting, and if the PF raiser had the A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], well, tough luck. everyone play this one the same? Anyone check through? Anyone 3-bet this sucker with the second nuts?

I'd do it the same. With four to a flush on the board I tend to tighten up considerably without the nuts, so I wouldn't recommend 3 betting it (if he has the ace you in it for two more big bets when he caps).
