Default mailing address change on InterPoker

I moved two weeks ago and tried to change my mailing address for IP. It won't let me unless I have less than $20 in my account. That's a little odd, isn't it?

I signed up on Interpoker in June, moved in July. So I never received my PIN in the mail. Late December, I tried to withdraw some of my earnings, and this was the first I had heard of the PIN. I called customer service and they froze my account. Why did they wait almost 6 months after I had moved? "A clerical error"

I have faxed and emailed a copy of my bank statement numerous times, with no results. I am begining to think the only way for me to get my money, is to fly over to Cyphres and pay them a visit.

**edit** The amount doesnt seem to matter very much to them, I have over 600 in there.
