I actually had a semi read in this one. villian was 30/10/1 playing SH.

I would like to hear what you would do against an unknown though as well.

I'd just call down in both cases.

I figure villians hand range is something like Ak/AQ 88+

When I bet, he may call down QQ,JJ,1010, 88. He could fold all those pairs and AQ.

He raises the other hands and I can dump.

Bet/call, check/call.

That was my 2nd choice. I bet/folded. I couldn't really see a hand villain was raising this turn with that I could beat. Other than a pure bluff.

This is a bad spot to be in and depends too much on what i think of the player to make a solid decision against an unknown. Against 30/10/1 and other not-so-laggy types bet/fold seems reasonable. Against LAGs I might check/call here. Against a TAG bet/fold appeals the most to me too unless I hate him and might call him down just because i can.
