Default Another basic ICM call?

Hero is SB at 100/200 blinds in a $50+5 on PP

UTG 1125 <--- villain
MP 2850
CO 1240
button 1375
hero/SB 1510 (dealt 99)
BB 1900

UTG pushes, everyone else folds, hero w/ 99....

i folded, did i pass up on a hugely +$EV oportunity? Does this seem like a desperate push by UTG?

Reads on villain-- limped in alot early, doubled up w/ KK, was at 1500 last orbit (limp folded a couple hands)-- liked to pick up many small pots w/o showdowns... So nothing useful, cannot tell his pushing range.

I'd be more willing to call the raise if it was from the button, but I really think your up agaisnt TT/JJ. With 1500 you still have a cm of breathing room if you fold and wait till you can be the one who pushes.

I'd probably call here, villain could easily be pushing a huge range since his FE is gonna go into the tubes after the next round of blinds.
