Inside the Poker Mind

I have been searching around for books to help to no-limit hold'em tournament game and I came across Inside the Poker Mind and started looking into it more. It seems like this book is mostly for limit cash games and wouldn't help in NL Hold'em tournament at all. Is this true? If not, where in what I said is false.

It's a bunch of essays that apply to poker in general, as well as limit hold'em specifically. Nothings really geared towards NL or NL tournaments.

With that said, it's a good book for anyone really.

Its a great book for limit Hold'em. But nothing that I recall specifically for No Limit.
