Default 2+2 books

Which books, other then HOH and TPFAP, will help no-limit hold'em tournament play?

The books don't have to be only about no limit hold'em tournaments, they just have to help in that area.

thanks,
brophy

I can't really decide which is worse...

Having 14 posts asking the same questions that other newbies ask

or

Having 7000 posts ripping on the person with 14 posts asking the same questions that other people ask.

Discuss.

depemds on the poster...for instance in the stt forum, citanul constantly berates newbs for faqs, but on the same token has posted some absolute gems. me on the other hand...i am guilty of berating newbs from time to time, but rarely post anything worthwile (like this post).

I generally alternate between my standard:

"What a great post! This has never been asked before! I'm 100% positive that a search would not provide the answer!"

and

Try this one!

Don't get TPFAP. Just check out from your library. After TOP, I was thoroughly disappointed with this book (but then again, I've spent a lot of time at STT forums).

...or having all those posts ripping into those who ripped into the person who asked the questions everyone else already asked and got ripped for.

I agree. Unfortunately the copy I bought at Amazon.com (Forth edition, sixth printing, october 2004) doesn't include Chapter five: Pot Odds. Instead it includes the pages 65-80 two times - a binding fault of course. I'd describe the problem in an e-mail to Amazon.com, but they did never answer.

Wish I had that chapter !! Any good ideas of how to get it without having to buy a new copy which includes it?
