Seat 2's trying to reach "Super Mario" Esquerra's 40 BB/hr win rate.

[ QUOTE ]
Seat 2 is owning this game.

He needs to either color up or get some Raymer stacks going. Having 200 racks in front of you looks kinda lame.

That would make a great 6x6 pyramid. Now he looks like an old dude with loose skin and old balls.

While the TOC is a good idea, adding players who didn't qualify isn't as good an idea. Hellmuth, Brunson and Chan didn't qualify but were given exemptions. Hellmuth will go into tomorrow as the chip leader at the final table, taking at least $25k from what could've been Yosh's (Brunson finished 10th).

Oh man that would have been great if he'd have dumped all six of those racks all over the table.

I think Matusow could use the money, though you wouldn't think so looking at his house and car in the latest Bluff magazine.
funny though he has no furniture in his house cause he lost a bunch online after his 9th place finish.

The TOC will be televised on ESPN Dec. 24 from 1-4pm. Pepsi put up the $2m for the freeroll, and requested sponsors exemptions (Chan, Brunson, Hellmuth) according to this article.

The three "invites" into the event were NOT advertised in advance.

They pulled a fast one and guys like Daniel Negreanu have called them on their shenanigans.

I play the 8/16 game from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM 3-4 days a week. Making 4-6 BB per hour is pretty typical in this game.

It is so profitable I just can not see why going to play the 20/40 game.
