Default Interesting KQ hand on 33R

Table is really chipped up due to two players going all in every few hands in order to rebuy during rebuy period.

Table tightend up now after rebuy period. I've been in several pots with villian and I've won most without a showdown against him. I think he thinks I am stealing some of them. He is just behind the overall tourney chip leader, also at the table.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (10 handed)

UTG+1 (t10005)
UTG+2 (t4045)
MP1 (t4020)
MP2 (Villian)/ (t36075)
Hero (t12945)
CO (t3500)
Button (t9380)
SB (t36180)
BB (t4399)
UTG (t10005)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t150, 2 folds, MP2 :#A500AF(Villian)/ calls t150, Hero raises to t600, 4 folds, UTG+1 folds, MP2 :#A500AF(Villian)/ calls t450.

Flop: (t1575) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villian bets t150, Hero raises to t1700, Villian raises to t3250, Hero calls t1550.

Turn: (t8075) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

After the early limper, I think he would have raised preflop with AA, KK, QQ, AK or AQ but he might be playing a little tricky. He could have JT, KJ or KT probably clubs, KQ, AJ, AT.

I'm way behind with the sets, AK, AQ, JT tied with KQ but ahead on KJ, KT clubs, AJ, AT.

Converter didn't work here but

Villian goes All In after turn card.

My play?

When he moved all in he seriously overbet the pot. Also it looks like he saw your call on the flop as weakness. If I had to take a shot in the dark, I'd say he has Axsuited, thinks you have nothing, but also thinks his big bet might make you fold a slightly better hand in case he is wrong. He also probably thinks that if he has you beat, you do have outs against him, so he is protecting his hand. I bet you called. What happened?
