PokerNow not paying another half of the SHARK bonus?

Hope I get the money. I signed up with PokerNow using the SHARK sign-up code on Oct 14. I cleared the 500 raked hands and got the $100. As I understood reading the Pokernow-thread here that I would get that another $100 after I complete another 500 raked hands, but the bonus won't be pending on the bonus account page. I understood that it will just be credited within 24h once I complete 500 raked hands. I didn't get. I emailed them, and the answer was somekind of standard answer: --- Thank you for contacting us. This is to inform you that at present you do not have any pending bonus in your account. Our marketing team selects players based on certain criteria. Certain bonuses are targetted for players who have not played for quite sometime at our site, certain bonuses are for players who play regularly at our site and so on. Whenever a player is targetted for a bonus he receives an email or a pop up to use that bonus code. Once he uses the bonus code he will be eligible for that bonus. Also please remember that you do not get a bonus after playing the raked hands. First the bonus needs to be issued then the raked hands have to be played for the bonus to be credited into your account. If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Department at any time. We are here 24/7 to assist you via email. I have waited three days. Nothing yet. I cleared my bonus in one day. And it has been 3 days ago...
I just send them a mail. But I don't expect to get a positive answer... to be continued.

[/ QUOTE ] Did you play ANOTHER 500 hands after the 500 required to clear the first bonus? Once you have played 1000 hands in total they will credit the second bonus to your account, not as a pending bonus, but as a straight transfer.

I don't know how many hands I have played...
I've played for more then 2 hours now. So I should have about 500 hands... I'll play 50 more to be sure. A friend of mine is signing up now. I'll let you know if the shark code still works. I just told him about it.
