I played my worst tonight (LC)
I lost focus tonight trying to clear the Stars reload and just tilted away probably 20 bets at least. Really, really, really bad play. Probably the worst I've played in over a year.

Don't forget that your upswings also could have happened while you were tilting.
Hope that you got control of the situation and are back to playing your A game. GL. I'm on a > 50 BB downer right now. Yuck.
