This country ignores everything else the rest of the world says, so why not this, too?

True, the point is that at least someone out there is trying to look out for our rights. This may not affect any of us since there are plenty of poker sites operating out of places other than Antigua, but there's no way that this action by the WTO can be considered a bad thing for online gaming.

The more enemies against the US's gambling restrictions (and proposed restrictions) the better.

The last time I checked our constitution has no guarantee to the right to play online poker. Also they are't looking out for anyones' "rights". They are looking to make money off the American pokerplayers. Please at least get this straight.

Correct but it this is not a Constitution issue. If gambling is legal in Nevada, Atlantic City and countless other places in the United States - not to mention Bingo Halls and the Multi State Lottery, then why should online poker be banned? It makes no sense.

What does making sense have to do with the situation?

Last time I checked the constitution, I noticed some fine print that said Ducks must wear long pants , so obviously, things have changed a bit since it was written.
