Advice on how to bet this hand. Stud 8 or Better.

I wasn't able to convert this hand for some reason.

I think I probably played this hand terribly. Can I get some advice as to how I should've bet this hand? I think I probably should've raised 5th street, and I probably should've raised the river too.
