First Post; Just got poker tracker...

I have just got poker tracker and I am looking for a little help here. Besides using the poker tracker for stats, is there a side window that watches the game while you play? What is the function? Please keep in mind that I am new and I hope the question is not to...moronic! Also do any of you have a read on me. My name is anthonytrent. Please be kind! LOL! Thanks.
