Default \"Official\" Fulltiltpoker.net Championship Live at the Wynn

The broadcast has started, maybe it'd be best to start comments here.

Only 5 of the 6 players get paid.

Howard seems to be stumbling over his words a little bit. I haven't seen him announce before though so maybe he's always like that.

It's been a while since he's done commentating. They've got 4 hands in already, so they're playing really fast to start.

It was weird that they started out by saying Daniel would be bullying players with his chip lead and the bubble situation but he hasn't played a hand yet.

That is very strange, but Forrest has been doing a number on Gowen; bluffing her off one hand, and losing little another hand. Last year's live tournament had a lot more action at the start losing two people within the first 30 minutes. Seems the factor that 6th gets nothing is playing a factor in the tighter than expected play.

I couldn't believe neither Gowen nor Forrest ever bet that JT vs. J7 hand.

Quick question: I thought Daniel was affiliated with Poker Mountain (or some other small time poker site). Is he also on the Full Tilt team? Or is he in this tournament because of his association with the Wynn?

I don't know what the exact payout structure is, but forrest is absolutely abusing the bubble. I am VERY surprised to see Negreanu with the big stack, and staying quiet.
