Down 68 BB tonight...

Are you kidding? 68BB downswing is really nothing. I'm a consisntent 4-tabler of 2/4 averaging 3.4BB/100 for months and had plenty of downswings of 50BB or more. My worst was a 120BB downswing. I probably will get a 50+BB downswing once every 2 weeks or so. Definitely normal. A friend of mine, who is a consistent winner at these limits for years once had a 300BB losing streak. This is rare but it can happen. It doesn't feel good, but hang in there.

I think it's easy to exaggerate downswings as well. For instance, I lost 143BB at 3/6 between Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. But I won 110BB during the day on those days. For the week I was still up.

Focusing on the negative shows -- I just lost $400 in an hour. Try to look at at least 1 week at a time.
