Default Re: My personal stat: is it good?, what should be adjusted?

Mine is at 7.25

What does this mean, unsustainable?
Is it bad?

No, it probably means you're on a good run of cards. Obviously, the FAQ is trying to be as general as possible to reach the widest audience. However, your mileage may vary with table selection, skill, etc. For instance, you may be able to win at 5 BB/100 at 0.50-1.00 if you choose the juicest tables. But 3 or 4 BB/100 is a good winrate. (I suppose anything above 0 is good for a beginner, actually.)

You'll eventually come crashing down and go on an extended losing streak, assuming you play the game long enough...and you'll "win" at a rate of -3 BB/100 over 10k hands. This happens to good and bad players alike.

This is what happens in games of chance. Winrate will vary over the short-term but converge over the long-term. The only thing you can do is give mana to the Poker Gods.
