Default New Orleans article - crosspost

So I'm waiting to get my haircut today, flipping through an old U.S. News and World Report from July, and came across this article about how vulnerable New Orleans was to a hurricane. Pretty good reading:

no see Bush actually cut all of the massive funding that Clinton had put into place to rescue New Orleans incase of a hurricane

Don't mind him, he's still upset that Bush's pal "Brownie" hasn't gotten enough credit for the "heck of a job" he did.
