At Niagara Fallsview I bought in for $400 at the 4/8 and it prompted a few comments from the table. One was a question about the amount and I said "I hate running out." <shrug>

Borgata High Limit Room has to be the world capital of unnecessarily large, obnoxious chip stacks...

Having a lot of chips rules.

Figured from the white chips... but I could tell it was the Borg, and you'll usually see a couple of stack getting that big somewhere among the 20, 40, or 80 games.

Biggest I ever managed to get up to there was 6 racks in the 20/40... couldn't quite top off the Level Five pyramid.

It was 2/4 (in the main room) with sfer, scrub, James282, edtost and Johnny Boom Boom (and AviD is the guy standing behind me in the black jacket). We all had a lot of money on the table but my pyramid was the best.

I can't believe sfer hasn't responded.

I think he bought in for 300 at a 2/4 game when we were in AC.

search for the trip reports - they're scattered between mine, evan's, and scrub's accounts. and they're awesome. the trip was sometime in december.

btw, that stack of evan's had one of every chip color up to orange, and he was dunk enough to be tossing around the purple and orange (which he had to go buy from a craps table upstairs) like frisbees to the rest of the table, some of whom had never seen one before, and some of whom he'd never met before.
