Default AJs straight onboard

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed)
SB is a complete rock, VPIP 10% PFR 0& (400hands)
Mp1 seems a little loose passive no data on him

Is the laydown on the turn just way too weak?

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: (7 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises</font>, SB calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, MP1 calls, SB calls.

Turn: (8 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, Hero folds, MP1 calls.

River: (10 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, MP1 calls.

Final Pot: 12 BB

I think that is the right play. It's pretty likely one of your opponents has one pair beat, and you may be drawing dead. Nice fold IMO.
