BB hadn't been at the table long, but seems pretty competent, pretty aggressive.

So, I guesss I don't hate the line, but I have this terrible feeling Villain turns over JJ.

i don't play this low but i have no idea what you possibly beat at the river. i definitely fold that river card.

EDIT: i also raise the flop a lot since i am in position. if your oppenent is a solid tag i would probably fold the turn in your line

How about raising the flop, only calling a three bet for the gutshot outs, and folding to a turn bet UI? This would save one bet compared to calling to a showdown if were behind. I don't think Villian will semibluff 3bet OOP.

You can fold the river without much fear. On the turn, you were behind to:

AK, AQ, AJ, AT, AA, KK, QQ, TT and 99 already.
The river adds JJ and 88 to the mix as well. Even random garbage 3-bets like JT, QJ and KJ beat you.

Are you calling hoping to chop with KQs? Do you really think he has 22?

Fold the river.
