Comps in Vegas When Playing Poker Etc

I'm going to vegas this friday and would like to take advantage of any possible comps. Does anyone have any good information about this?

Is it true that most of the hotels give u free drinks and alcholic drinks while playing? What about redbulls?

Any other tips would be appreciated. Sorry if i postd this in the wrong section i wasn't sure where else

I think there's a lot about this in the b&m section. All the casinos will give you any kind of drink you want including booze and redbull. Poker doesn't generate the amount of cash other games do so you won't get nearly what you would if you were playing craps or BJ. It never hurts to ask the floorman, but you'll be lucky to get $4 off the buffet.

Poker is the wrong game for freebies.

Play poker for dollars. Count cards for comps.
