I saw Pulp Fiction when it came out and thought it was overrated. Good, but not as good as a lot of people think that it is.

I also think that Res Dogs is a MUCH better film and have a hard time taking people who think otherwise with much credibility.

ETA- I saw PF first.

I think the movie is brilliant. I like the way the story gets told from different angles and different times. Plus it has Christopher Walken... what more can you ask for?

My favorite part of the movie is the "Bonnie Situation" part.

Pulp Fiction > Dogs
I like both, though.

Note: I'm right, and it's pretty easy to see that anyone who believes otherwise shouldn't be taken seriously.

EDIT (Not directed towards anyone in particular):
I've always found it funny that so many people misinterpret much of Pulp Fiction.

Damn, how did I forget to mention the briefcase? Like half of the movie is centered around that goofy glowing briefcase, and you don't even find out what is in it.

it's obviously a metaphor for the meaninglessness of the plot in the world of the movie.

duh.

Some people can read War and Peace and come away thinking it's a simple adventure story. Others can read the ingredients on a chewing gum wrapper and unlock the secrets of the universe.

OK, this is killing me. Is this a quote from "Superman"?

*edit: Oh, yeah. Pulp Fiction is better than Reservoir Dogs, because Tim Roth doesn't scream and cry through the whole movie. I woulda shot him just to shut him up.

OP: Of your list of DVD's you own, I would say half of those movies are no better than average.

Yep, Lex Luthor says it. Then Ned Beatty starts squinting at the back of a pack of Wrigleys.

Thx. Took me a while to place it, and I haven't seen the film in so long I wasn't sure. Knew I heard it somewhere before.
