Without knowing more about your position in the tourny just looking at the hand itself...
The CO looks to blind stealing and the SB is so short stacked you could put him on just about any 2 playable cards..22,QJ.J10.Ax.the list is endless really. which brings us to you, there is close to 8000 in the pot before the CO called, its your 10's vs CO blind steal cards ( any pr/2 suited/any ace?) and the SB's same range...it doesnt look like you could ask for a better situation , you may have been against KK vs AA but i doubt it, i think you probably folded the best hand...

You may be shortstacked, but with 9BB, a raise and reraise in front of you, I would fold this with TT... unless I had good information about the moves these two guys make. There will be a better spot.
