Nick is chipleader.

I just got an IM from a fraternity brother of mine. Another brother(high stakes online poker pro) is at Foxwoods, and has 5% of Nick....go TAKEOVER! :-)

there down to the final 6 which they play out tomorrow, Takeover = chipleader by 2 million. Crazy.

I'm in a PP MTT right now and 1st gets 20x what 10th gets.

yeah, i think it's just the size of the numbers, combined with the fact that they flattened the WSOP structure so much (1st got 7x what 9th got), made it seem strange.
