Looks fine to me, you can't really fold trips+OESD with less than the pot left in your stack.

This is tough. I think you're beat on the turn here to AJ, KJ, QJ. You have to call $16 into a $38 pot. You probably have 9 clean outs. The Queens might be dirty, so let's discount it to 8 outs to be on the safe side. So with one card to come your equity is about 17%.

$16 to win a $54 pot. That's just too much. I think you have to fold here.

Don't forget, his opponent won't always have him beat, and he'll have 6 more outs to chop (if the 8 or T pairs) if his opponent outkicks him... so easy call then, I guess be glad stacks aren't deeper.

Ahh yeah, good point, oops! It's probably a call then considering the guy could have AA-QQ. Not to nitpick, but considering whether the river causes a chop is irrelevant.

I don't think it's irrellevant...a chance the chop the pot increases hero's equity doesn't it? 8 outs with 6 outs to chop is better than 8 outs with no chance to chop. In an extreme case..8 outs with 46 outs to chop is called a free roll.

Totally fine to me, if he has a better jack you have straight-outs.

Easy call based upon stack sizes.
