I found it ironic that they considered cutting taxes an "increase in spending".

My guess is the budget was meant to show all the things you could buy if you repealed the tax cut.

Hmm, gonna have to play with this later, don't have time now.

Just for fun I rolled back the tax cuts and corporate loopholes and reduced the social security and military budgets by 10%. Instant surplus.
