With apologies for another stats post, help me out here. Please.
I've been playing poker online for 2 years. Over the first 18 months and 150K hands, I averaged 2BB/100 and consistently won. Over the past 6 months, some 50K hands, I have averaged -1BB/100 and consistently lost. It is highly improbable that this is due to variance alone. I've been asked to look at my stats and try to figure out why I suddenly suck at poker. Because I have several DBs, and have lost some data, I have only 20K hands losing and 40K winning hands to post, but would appreciate feedback. The only glaring difference I can see is in VPIP. Any feedback would be appreciated. I've been playing under the screen names "Yarbles" and BigYarbles" at Party (this will be changing). Most hands are at 5/10. All are SH.

Looks like you overdefend and under steal. You also don't seem aggressive enough (but I am over-aggro FWIW).

I would
tighten up preflop tighten up preflop from the sb fold sb more (85 min) fold bb much more (55 min) steal more (32 min) get more agressive on flop and turn fold to river bet less that's based solely on your winning stats. Your losing stats look better. Krishan

yep, first thing that sticks out to me is that you could open up your stealing range, standard ASB for most is probably 35-44% or so. I think your WtSD is also pretty high, and your Folded to River Bet is consequently relatively low, you could be taking too many hands to showdown, although I'm no stats expert so someone else may have to verify this. Aggression numbers also look a bit low

I think you pay off too much and probably call the turn too much when you should be raising or folding.
Trust your reads a little more and make some prudent folds/raises on the turn and river. Vague advice, I know, but there's not much to work with. What's your win rate in the BB? I think you could tighten up just a smidge there.
