Default Coaching (partner) post for Micros

They are doing this in HUSH and I thought it was pretty cool, didnt see it posted anywhere here so I thought I'd start one. Here's the original:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...14&fpart=1

I think this could do a lot of good for Micro-players like myself.
Id say getting a list together in here and then just PMing whoever you want to pair off with. Each person should probably only have one partner.

I think each team could agree on a set amount of hands per day/week for review, import to PT and go from there.

Maybe we can set up some sort of team BB/100 challenge for a week or something too, for bragging rights.

I'm at Absolute .50/1 and 1/2 6max if anyone's interested.

I had this exact same idea but decided not to post it haha.

Im definitely in, but only really know 6max and SH. Still, wouldnt mind learning FR. I play .5/1 and 1/2 levels.

I also like this idea. I am currently playing .5/1 right now and dipping into 1/2 six max at party.

Cool this is a start. Ill check this tomorrow and PM a few people, Im sure I'll have a couple of PM's as well. If this takes off I'll put some sort of guidelines for a "team competition" using an average BB/100 between the 2 every week/2weeks. I really hope this takes off, I think its a good concept.

Want to be coached by 1/2 players and up please.

I'm also interested. I've played 0.02/0.04 through 1/2. I'm currently at 1/2 6-max and would love some discussion over my recently crappy play.

A combination of being variance's bitch at 1/2 6-max, and a slew of poor calls. It's amazing how 1-2 BB's here and there really adds up. It makes a -20BB session into a -40BB session pretty quickly. I'm still at 2+ BB/100, so I can't complain. Just playing a bit loosely and losing some big hands lately.
