The OOT needs a sticky on how to post/host pics...

Someone needs to develop a sticky FAQ on how to host pics so that we can cut down on all of the "

Maybe not even a sticky is needed, just a link in the "Welcome to Other Other Topics" sticky...

Whatever, I think it would be a good idea...

Does anyone agree with this???
