Default 5/10 NL - JTs

Real quick line check -

I ($1300) am in the BB with TcJc

Villain ($590) limps UTG, SB completes.

Flop ($30)

8c 9h 6c

I lead for $30, Villian minraises, SB folds, I push...

perhaps a bit extreme.

your stack is not quite right for this move, and an UTG limper will often have a hand here that he is unwilling to lay down, reducing your FE (one of the key components to your move). Plus I want to make more money here when I can.

Just call his minraise and stack him AFTER you hit - he obviously likes his hand.

betting $1250 into $100 pot is very standard. should be done once per orbit at minimum.

It's really $550 into a $120 pot.

the problem with this move is that no one will ever do this with a set, or an overpair for that matter. in my experience, the only hands that will do this on pp are oesd + flush draw. you are seriously defining your hand. but if you have no problem with that, have at it. its a pretty ridiculous overbet as far as %'s go though.

My bad. I saw villian was short and didn't pay attention to bet sizes

I would make it $210 and get the rest in on the turn.

Ewwwww. Why, Villain has given you odds to draw. Call and re-evaluate on turn.

I dont mind push too much with villians 50bb stack.

With 100bb stacks you call miniraise and go from there...Or does anyone reraise??? Prob then, if he just calls, can creat awkward turn situation.
