Default Ok, so I bought Poker Tracker...

I only have a 31 dollar account on Pokerstars, which I use to play in .05/.10 limit (working my way up, hopefully!) but yesterday I won a live NL home tournament for a 90 dollar score, so I decided to spend the $55 on pokertracker like many have suggested.

Is there a definitive resource which explains auto-rate rules setup and using this program for other than tracking winrate and using the Gametime? I forum-searched "pokertracker" and there's just thousands and thousands of threads.

Thanks if you can give me a link you have bookmarked...

There's a pretty good free guide for PT available at this link:

Auto rate, you mean how you do it? Or the rules it has for setting the playertypes to people?

best way to learn i found(Only had PT for around 2 days) is to open it and load HH's and fiddle around.

Also i use POKERACE rather than GT (It has mucked hand display which is awesome for player reads) and generally runs sweet. Not tried GT fully though.

Ask away, and i shall try answer.

Bisonbison's Notes on notes does a very good job of walking you through setting up a simple auto-rate system.
