I did a search and found a few helpful charts. They all seem to be for limit. How much do they need to be altered for no-limit or are there any charts that are for no-limit.

Here's one for NL. However, it was written back when the max you could buy in for on Party was 50 BBs. With 100 BB stacks, a lot of this is no longer really accurate. It's a start though.
