Question about Party Pokers table types

Right now I am playing 1/2 full tables. I was just wondering why does party have so many 9 max tables? Is it really that different than 10 player?

I also checked out the 2/4 and there are only 10 player tables. I find that this seems kinds of random. 1/2 has 6max, 9max, 10max, and 2-4 only has 10max. I'm really looking forward to moving to 2/4 now cause there is about 3 times as many 2/4 10max tables as there is 1/2 10 max.

1/2 9max is one of the stupidest things party has ever done.

2/4 probably doesnt have 6max because the pots need to be 5BB to be raked, so they feel not enough pots will be raked? Thats just a guess as to why 2/4 is the only non 6max level aside from the high ones.
