I don't know anything about those forms of gambling. I was thinking of table gaming in particular.

Although the Stock Market may be riskier by definition, by definition, it's not gambling. (Admittedly, we may be into semantics here, though.)

Similarly, Poker is, by definition, gambling, though the skill elements may make a +ev play for some.

I believe the definition of gambling is, placing a wager on an outcome that is uncertain.

Because we dont know whether or not the Ace of spades is coming on the turn, poker is gambling.
