I've heard of a regular 2/4 game, but the thought of one tabling 2/4 just didnt excite me, so I never got the details. I'm sure there's got to be some nice juicey reasonably high stakes games, I just don't know of any. I've also heard that Jackpot has a big tournament weekend the last weekend of the month, but as all the big online tourneys are that same weekend I've never gone to that either.

Basicaly I just never leave the house

(are u a fellow Boisein, or just wondering for some weird reason)

lol.

I just visited Idaho and asked the same Q and apparently you have to drive to Nevada to get a legal game.

The wild Horse Casino in Pendleton, OR. According the Mapquest, a 3 1/2 hr drive up I-84.

Tom McEvoy has written some Cardplayer articles about the semi-annual poker tournaments at the Wild Horse. Supposedly a pretty good place to play poker.

According to their website, their max rake is $2.

It's a Mormon run state - does that answer your question? I've got relatives there and the closest is Jackpot, NV so you're going to have to drive (couple of hours?). Visited them a couple of months ago driving from SoCal. The towns on the way in NV - Hawthorne, Winnemucca, and McDermitt had no poker and my relatives didn't even have the internet (or a PC for that matter!) so I felt like I was in the stone ages. Boise State does have a decent football team, IMO (trying to find "something" postive).
