Default Paradise Software Question

So I am trying to play on Paradise and every time I join a table or click on the waiting list its says something similar to all of the waiting lists are full. The lobby and the table shows they are empty. Is this a known bug?

This is annoying as hell. Do the tables just not update or what. I will find an open table and then click sit down and all of the sudden someone will be in the seat I was trying to get into.

I sometimes suffer the same problem, but it happens rarely.

When it does, I re-install paradise, and it usually goes away. (for a while) Try that.

If that does not work, E-mail support, paradise has good support.

In regards to people getting the seat you clicked on, paradise does not "save" you the seat you clicked on, even though the buy-in windows pops up. Like Party does. You have to be quick on the draw, or just hit enter right away, and add more chips/cash after. (thats what I do)

In this case paradise support has been useless. I have had the same problems and reinstalls have not helped. It was like this for me when I was there in August also.

-Full waitlist message on a table with 0 on the list.
-When I open a table and ask to join the waitlist, half the time it offers me a waitlist for some 10/20 table i never asked for.
-Sometimes there are no tables of a given limit even available in the lobby.
-Most of the time the tables I am on arent even listed in the lobby to check things like avg. pot. I know the table exists because im playing on it.

And to be clear, no i do not have hide full tables checked.

I'm trying to do the reload bonus and have been having all these exact problems. Mostly trying to get on the waiting list for 1/2 or 2/4 but only getting popups to join 10/20. I don't know WTF has gone on there as it's been a few years, but paradise was the first site I played at and it ran flawlessly 'back in the day'.

What's up with the tables disappearing from the lobby at Paradise? WTF? So far I think the Paradise software blows. Does everyone have problems with missing tables in the lobby and screwed up waiting lists?

SportingBet.com who bought out Paradise last year is the one to blame for this crap.

These are all known recurring issues that have not been acknowledged by customer service. Fuggin idiots -to let these problems fester for a full year.

All these issues are real and have plagued the software for the last 9 months at least.

I know because I've played at Paradise daily for 3 years.

Paradise had great customer service pre-SportingBet now they act like clueless idiots.

How fuggin hard is to get a multibillion corporation to address known issue with their software and fix it for good. These guys dont even acknowledge the problem-it's infuriating.

Known issues:
- Hand histories during peak times can be 15 minutes to 5 hours late.

-Tables are continuously dropping in and out of the Lobby sometimes dissappearing for up to an hour or more.

-waitlists that dont function correctly for a bunch of reasons ..too many to explain..

I'm so tired of bitching about this stuff. SportingBet bought Paradise out and has let the client rot.

Only good thing about the place is that the games got better when Sportingbet bought them out.. But the software has turned to crap under SportingBet.

Paradise had a major upgrade about 3 weeks ago that added turbo tables-ccol stuff...problems is they didnt fix the problems that are basic to a functional online poker room.

Now here's the thing ..these issues only really effect serious players ie multi-tablers,people that table-hop often and nits that want constant updating of their PokerTracker stats.
If Paradise just put hh's on your hard-drive like Stars and Party that would autmatically eliminate the issue with delayed hh's.

The Lobby issues/wait-lists issues are one in the same. The waitlists cant function and register you at a tables becuase they tables are constantly disappearing from the Lobby ...are these latency issues I dont know not my specialty-but it makes the Lobby almost unusable if you are an active mult-tabling pro.

Maybe they are ignoring us for a reason..maybe they dont want to appease multi-tabling grinders. Either way they have software developers that are not fixing the problem either intentionally or not. I cant understand why they would let these issues persist.

Paradise seems to not want to recognize the educated player. They never post on 2+2 and in general just dont seem to give a shhit. This is what happens when an online casino/sportsbook buys out a poker room..They still think its ok to treat the players like dirt--dumb phuckers that they are they dont understand that poker players are not the same as the losers that populate their sportbook and casino.

I don't really agree that only serious players are hurt.

Joe Fish can easily sign on and see (e.g.) no 5/10 5-max tables with players sitting at them even though there is actually more than one game running.

Or how about the joy of not being able to see the table you are playing listed in the lobby? That's really unnerving until you get used to it because it makes you feel like your money is in the twilight zone.

The problem at Paradise is pretty obvious. SportingBet eliminated most of the software support staff or diverted them to another project. They are treating their product as "mature" and milking it instead of investing in the future. It's really sad.
