Default 10/20: KK in a protected pot against a raise

It's about midnight Saturday night and our table just recently got short-handed when most of the fish left. Since then the table has become very aggressive pre-flop (but mostly the two players to my immediate right).

Both MP1 and MP2 are fairly straightforward players and probably have numbers like 30/10/1. MP1 bought in for 20BB, and currently has 35BB in his stack.

My table image: I've been at the table for four hours and I haven't folded much to turn raises, but I have shown down a few bluffs since we got short-handed. I've been quite aggressive post-flop, but have been losing a lot at showdown and am currently down 10BB.

Live 10/20 at the trop (10 max, 6 handed)

Pre-flop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG calls, MP1 calls, MP2 raises, 2 folds, Hero 3-bets, UTG calls, MP1 calls, MP2 caps, Hero calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (16.67 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG folds, MP1 calls, MP2 raises, Hero 3-bets, MP1 calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: (12.8 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP1 raises, MP2 folds, Hero calls for time and?

A 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] is an obvious possibility as a hand that cold-calls the raise on the flop and then raises the turn. I'm drawing dead to it. I guess QJ is possible as well. The question is, am I ever facing a semi-bluff (flush draw) or a hand like AT? or perhaps two pair or a set (that I at least have outs against)?

It's a 16BB pot, so I'm getting 17-2 on a calldown.

It's a pretty easy fold based on your hand reading. I agree that a 7 is most likely. I don't think MP1 would be smart enough to think "ok I have a flush draw, but hey the OESD hit..maybe I can push him off".

People calling 'time' in live ring games isn't all the uncommon at my local casinos.

you should have check-raised the flop to face the limpers with 2 cold.
as played, easy turn fold.

While the 7 is an "obvious" card, there are other cards like AT or T9, spade flush, etc. against which you have substantial outs or are ahead of. I'd call this down unless a third spade falls, particularly a card like A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

in my experience with live play this is never a hand like AT -- T9 is best case and a bit of a stretch. whenever I play live this is always QJ/7x/TT.

even if he has spades or AT he has 5-12 outs and when we're behind we are toasted

I think I would fold this. I'd call it down at the 5/10 on party though.

Wouldn't A7 fold preflop? is 10/20 super laggy then?

I initially think of calling down, maybe hes on A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

7 hasn't really been a strong consideration but i guess 10/20 plays alot differently to .50/1

this is live, it isn't online. most 10/20 live players play like .5/1 party, so yeah A7 is definitely possible
