To tell you the truth I dont think clinton was that bad of a president in terms of what modern democrats are like. At least he had some ideas and stood by them. I never bring up things like him sleeping with these women when arguing about some issue. that defines him more as a man than as a president.

Character assassinations, you guys are always on Bush for everything including vacations and how dumb you guys say he looks, thats a very hypocritical statement, and which shows why you dont post in this politics forum much.

Also have you read "My Life"? My guess is you haven't, and its definatly self promotional, I actually took the time to read a 900+ page book on a democrat, I think I can have my own opinion.

Well since it's clear from your post that very often you skip over things, it couldn't've been very difficult for you to read 'My Life' - I haven't read it but would agree without having read it that it is self-promotional; it's an autobiography, of course it's self-promotional.

I actually do post in the Politics Forum a fair amount, but since I don't often parrot the talking points of any of the sides here, my posts get ignored. By the way, getting on someone for how many vacations they take is hardly a character assassination - it's a genuine criticism of the way they handle being President of the United States. It's not like saying 'Well, he's a recovered alcoholic, so he can't be a good President' - it's an absolutely legitimate position.

I dont think its legitimate, if people could give any examples of things the president couldn't do at his ranch that he could do at the oval office be my guest. With video conferences, internet, some of his staff being there and a telephone, its hard to understand why taking a vacation is so bad. Many ordinary citizens take their work with them on vacations as well, granted the presidencey is a lot more important it still applies.

First of all read the other posts in this tread. Secondly IQ has nothing to do with current knowledge or spelling.

burocraxy?????

That's not even a typo or misspelling, just a lame understanding of language (bureau + cracy). And if you don't understand language, why should we trust your opinions about culture or politics? Long live the American demaucraxy.

not completely [censored] up the handling of Katrina. Although I admit that's a stretch since it's fairly likely he would have [censored] it up from the white house too.
