I would bet the flop.

If I had checked like you did, I would call the flop raise and reevaluate things on the turn. If MP2 is still around, I would bet strong on a non-spade turn. If he folds, I would consider betting or check/calling a benign turn.

I push, slowplaying 2 pairs is a NO. Do i see bigger stack? well I raise then( maybe pushing aint that bad).

Not even close. If anything, it smells of a jack. Do you see why? (Hint: J63 board)

Now if the hero cold calls, THAT smells of a set.

I would reraise on the flop after the bet and raise. Plenty of the time they will get all their money in with the worst hand too as this is a $22 buyin. Folding is ridiculous, so it's just a choice between calling and raising.

I think now is the time to pull the trigger, as if the guy has something like AJ he may pay you off now but fold if a king comes on the turn. He could get scared of betting if another spade comes etc etc. Strategically I think calling is pretty weak. You don't have to reraise allin, I'd just make a raise to like 600-700 against these guys.
