Gambler Rankings

On page 292 of "Gambling Theory and Other Topics," it is stated that Sklansky has published (still publishes?) a list of the greatest gamblers. Does such a list exist? I wonder how many of the top 20 are even poker players. Before someone jumps down my throat for not find this on my own, I attempted to search all relevant forums for such a list but I found nothing. Thanks to anyone who can point me to the information in question.
