Re: What if you knew everyone\'s hole cards?

If any same-size stack as you (or anything close to your stack really) goes all-in with 72o you should fold AA. [/ QUOTE ] what if you are at the TV table? that would raise some suspicious questions |

Re: Let\'s change the scenario
[ QUOTE ]
I agree that the advantage would be freakishly huge, and you could just about win tourney's at will. I was incredibly conservative in my earlier post. Ok, suppose that randomly, but on average once every 10 hands, you could see all your opponents hole cards. (your x-ray specs need to recharge between uses like my digital camera flash and don't take a consitent amount of time to do so). How big an edge now? I'll take a stab and say that I think I win a 3 day 500 player tourney 20-30 percent of the time. --Zetack [/ QUOTE ] I think it would still be incredibly high because you could simply play very conservatively except for every 10th hand. I would guess that you could win like 60-70% of the time. |

Great futures trading book with Fink! Thanks for the nice comment, though I'm afraid the book has gotten pretty dated. |

Re: What if you knew everyone\'s hole cards?
Boris,
ok i agree, but early it could be ugly. especially when guys like us basically "know" their hole cards anyway and the results are sometimes so ugly. lol. replying to one of your posts is sort of like saying hi. so there it is. later. J. |

Re: What if you knew everyone\'s hole cards?
Are you writing a poker book? My guess is that you would probably have to be one of the best poker theorists around given the high quality of your futures book and your long experience playing poker.
