Default how many hands should you be winning at showdown

playing mostly sit and go's with these statistics so i figured i'd post in this forum.
Hold'em (Real Money):

2000 hands played and saw flop:
- 338 times out of 478 while in small blind (70%)
- 346 times out of 475 while in big blind (72%)
- 471 times out of 1047 in other positions (44%)
- a total of 1155 times out of 2000 (57%)

Pots won at showdown - 180 out of 328 (54%)
Pots won without showdown - 232

those numbers look okay, should you be winning more than 50 percent of the time at showdown?
How many, out of 2000, should you be winning without?

You see the flop over 50% of your hands? Are you sure that's right?

And it varies so much between the early and late stages of a SNG, that these numbers as a whole really aren't relevant at all. If I had to guess, I'd say you should be winning at showdown ~75% of the time in the early levels and ~45% in the very late levels (most of the chips you accumulate won't be from showdowns, and most of the time you get called, you'll be behind). I'm just pulling those numbers out of the air, but I'd think they'd be close.

well, those numbers are sorta messed up becuase i do either 9 person or 6 person sit and gos and i;d say about 40 percent of the 2000 hands are heads up. I dont have Pokertracker and just take straight from ps statistics report thing

I think as the numbers of hands that you see a flop go down, your showdown win % will go up. If you are starting with generally better hands then your opponents you should win a higher percentage of showdowns. Another positive of this is that if you are showing down with better starting cards people will be less likely to take you all the way to showdown. The bottom line is to not play as many hands.
