Has anyone had trouble cashing out from them to NETeller? I withdrew about 5 days ago and haven't received anything. Note: I made sure the wagering requirement were met for the bonus (their info. confirmed this anyway). Their support is terrible - they haven't responded to most of my emails, and the one they did respond to said "NETeller transactions happen instantly," which was not very reassuring.

I know they are a european-based company, but does anyone have any idea on how to contact them via telephone from the US? Any information that anyone can provide for me would be extremely helpful.
