ATo in dealer and 1300 chips, blind 50/100, UTG limps, all folded to me. I put UTG on small pair (who covers me barely). Your move?

(Give me your line if flop comes JQ2 rainbow, blinds checkfold and check any flop, and 1. he checks, 2. he bets 300)

How can you possibly put him on a small pair when all he has done is limped preflop from UTG. Are small pairs the ONLY hands this villain would limp with from UTG preflop? Anyway, im probably limping in here with AT. And on that flop im check/folding.
