Anyone Not Been Credited For Bet365 Monthly?

the monthly bonus, stating right on the game screen, says it must be cleared at 1/2 limit or .5/1 NL games. the initial deposit just states you must be dealt into a game where it's raked at least 25 cents. So people tryin to get the december bonus, must play 1/2 limit... or .5/1 NL.
