Re: cold 3bet flushdraw on turn
[ QUOTE ]
"Anyone like this turn 3bet? " holy cow no. if SB doesn't have AA/KK/QQ/JJ I'll be damned, and there's no way he's folding any of those after you fail to cap preflop and flop. I cap that flop every day, twice on sundays edit: clarification [/ QUOTE ] SB did have AA, and he did fold... and boy was he furious, not sure why since he would have lost more if I'd just called. The LAG did have me beat on the turn though, however, I hit my flush on the river. |

Re: cold 3bet flushdraw on turn
hmm. SB has 3-bet PF and bet-3bet the flop.
I cap this flop, but certainly don't 3bet the turn. SB looks to have a lot of things that beat you; even if it's just AK you are drawing to an 8 that may not be enough. The hearts are your only real outs (and you must factor in the times you hit your flush and lose to the boat). I raise PF, call 3bet; raise-cap flop; cold call turn and call a 3-bet. You're not pushing SB out here. I call down an 8/A on the river; bet or raise a heart river (duh). EDIT: goddarnit, SB folded AA on this board? buddy list |
