I'm at a typical loose/passive Party 2/4 table.

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button calls, <font color="red">Hero raises</font>,....

+EV?

What is a rough range of hands here that you would do this with?

Lots depends on the people in the game, what they are limping in with, my image, blah blah blah. Rough range with 5 limpers to me in the SB:

AKs-A9s
AKo, AQo
KQs, KJs, QJs, maybe maybe JTs, QTs.

I suppose, i think A10s is my cut-off, but if Clark says it's good, i guess it is.
