Default TT UTG+1 vs. minreraise

Blinds 50/100, Hero has 3200, Villain has 5000. Both of us are TAG.

Pre-flop (150): Hero is dealt T T.
Loose player limps for 100 UTG, I raise to 400 UTG+1, folds to Villain who minraises to 700 in CO-1, folds back around to me. Your move?

Assume Hero calls:

Flop (1650): 9 9 5 rainbow
Hero has 2500 left and is first to act. Your move?

Limp preflop.

On the flop, this is read dependent, but with the minireraise limpraise, UTG is representing a higher pair than tens.
