UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO calls, Button calls, SB folds, Hero raises, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, CO calls, Button folds.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero calls.

River: (8.25 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 9.25 BB

I should have reraised on turn and either (1) folded to a cap, or (2) called a cap and called the river.

I should have called the river irregardless.

I thought that people in Texas were the only ones that said weaksauce. Other than that, agree with you. Three bet the turn and Check/bet/call the river.

I've lived in TX for 23 years and I've never heard of weaksauce before.

I'd say he definitely has a 3 or a straight, but yeah, you should have called anyway.

Rob, why do you recommend 3-betting the turn? If he has a 2, 4 or another lower PP, would he call the flop and raise the turn?
I think he has a 3, a straight (or 22,44) most of the time. CO bluffs only rarely in this situation.
I would bet/fold...

Or am i missing something?

If I 3-bet the turn and my opponent only calls, I will have better pot odds to call on the river (side benefit). Also, I will know if he has a straight or trip threes if he caps.

If he calls, I have a good chance that my hand is good and will continue through the river (betting river so he may fold). I stand the chance of winning more than 2 bets.

If he caps and I fold, I lose two bets from the reraise.

If I just call down, I will lose two bets from calling down OR win if I do have the best hand.
