Why did you raise that river? The only hand that river helped you on was if he had J2.

I like the idea on the river, but I don't think his 2 pair was exactly J2 for this 7 to have helped you.

I just call the river and get a note on what he was 3betting the flop with. I would guess he has a flush draw and a pair, J7, or 22. Being he is somewhat tricky I would call down hoping he has a J and a missed draw. But after the river raise you are beat.

You thought he had J2? I don't like the river raise, I would have just called down from the flop 3bet.
